Appointment Policy:
- Scheduling: Appointments are highly recommended to ensure availability. For a group of 4 people or more, we require a card payment on file to secure your booking. Walk-ins are welcome, but we cannot guarantee service without an appointment.
- Punctuality: Arriving late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Cancellation: We kindly request a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients.
- No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards payment options. All services must be paid for at the time of completion.
- Gratuities: Gratuities are appreciated. They can be given directly to your bodywork provider.
Service Expectations:
- Consultation: We encourage a consultation and informed consent form before your service to discuss your preferences and any requests. Our team will provide service based on your concerns.
Health and Safety:
- Health Considerations: Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health issues before your service. Your safety is our utmost concern.
- Sanitation: We maintain high sanitation standards and use sterilized tools for all services. Our staff practices proper hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment.
- Staff safety: We adhere to highest standards of professional conduct and comply with the law. Any inappropriate client behavior will result in termination of service and will be reported.
Service Policies:
- Service Adjustments: Additional charges may apply if you request changes to your service after it has started.
- Refund and Redo: All services are non-refundable. If a service is not done to your satisfaction, please kindly ask us to stop service as soon as possible after it has started. You will be charged by the amount of time and services provided.
- Promotions and Discounts: Promotions are subject to change and may not be combined with other offers.
